SOS--The Student Opinion Survey (4-Year College Form)

The purpose of the Student Opinion Survey is to explore enrolled students’ perception of an institution’s programs, services, and environment. The Student Opinion Survey is divided into five sections. Section one asks for background information, section two inquires about college services, section three centers on college environment, section four requires additional question items, and section five gives students an opportunity to make comments and give their suggestions.
